Shipping & Returns
Please contact Ultimate LED via phone or email regarding any faults.
All faulty Goods must be returned to Ultimate LED, complete with one package with all component parts (where applicable). Goods should be returned to Ultimate LED within Fourteen (14) days after receipt of the Goods.
Goods deemed faulty will be replaced free of additional freight charges. Refunds will not be provided for any returned Goods, unless replacement Goods are unavailable.
Returned Goods will be inspected and any Goods that have been purposefully tampered with (including but not limited to Goods that have been mishandled; Goods that have had protective coating removed; and Goods that have been damaged by abuse, accident, corrosive environments, negligence, or improper installation) will not qualify for exchange or credit.
Goods that have been removed from there package, goods that have any marks or scratches on them will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Products that have been specially ordered in to fill the order are not available for a credit or a refund, these items will vary over time pending on demand.
Any item that is deemed as specialised product is not available for return of exchange or a refund. Please choose wisely.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned Goods that do not comply with our return terms.
For regular delivery, any orders over $600 will be free of charge. Requests for priority or courier delivery will be at the customer’s expense.
For items which are in stock, orders received and paid for will be shipped within 3 business days.
Typical delivery times expected are:
- 2 – 3 business days (VIC, NSW, ACT & QLD)
- 3 – 5 business days (SA)
- 5 – 7 business days (WA, NT & TAS)
Rural deliveries may take an extra day or two.
In most cases, we try to ship by Express Post via Australia Post. This is a service to our customers, not a requirement.
International shipping by arrangement at the customer’s expense.
